1. Oxygen gets in and out through the mouth, which leads down the trachea into the lungs and from there to the blood cells.
  2. Oxygen and other materials like nutrients are moved through the blood cells and ferried to muscles. Waste is moved from the stomach to the intestines. Food moves from the mouth, down the trachea, and to the stomach, then it becomes part waste and the nutrients are removed to go into your blood stream.
